We have an agreement with Bring and Shipping is priced according to Bring's rates
Normal delivery time is approx. 3-7 working days. During busy times, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
Package in the mailbox
We send "Package in the mailbox" and it is sent as normal letter mail and the postman delivers the package in the mailbox. From July 2020, letter packages/packages in the mailbox will only be delivered every other day and that will be then
delay deliveries depending on where you live. If the package does not fit in the letterbox, you will receive an SMS or email from Posten, with a message that the package can be collected from the post office or Post i Butikk.
One should calculate at least 3-4 days delivery time for these packages.
Your order will arrive as a regular letter and tracking is offered on this service.
To ensure that your consignments are processed as quickly and
efficiently as possible, the correct name and address of the recipient is
important. The postal address must be a delivery address, i.e. a post box
or PO box (where you normally get your letter delivered).
Uncollected parcels
If you order from us and choose the service package delivery method,
and the parcel does not fit in your mailbox, we have fulfilled our part of the
purchase agreement when the parcel is delivered to your local post office. It is then
your responsibility as the customer to collect the package within the deadline .
If you do not collect the package and are otherwise completely passive, this will
not give us any indication as to why the package has not been collected. You will then
not have met the requirements set for you in accordance with §11
and §13 of the Withdrawal Act, and thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement.
You will then be charged for unclaimed parcels with a fee of up to approx. NOK 500.
This covers the shipping costs we incurred for the round trip, processing of the return package
as well as invoicing costs .
