This privacy policy applies at Csmcustom.no 

The declaration provides information about data processing carried out by Csmcustom.no and determines the purpose and means of processing as well as data processing we carry out on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.

Processing personal data is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data can also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information and bookkeeping.

When marketing by e-mail/messenger, we obtain explicit consent in advance.

By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this privacy policy.

If you have objections with regard to our processing of privacy, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.csmcustom.no, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our services.

Subcontractors

The data controller also makes use of services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored.

Stripe

If you pay with Visa or Mastercard in our online store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Stripe for processing the payment.

Bring:
We send packages with Bring and therefore share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

Communication through e-mail and text messages
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and text messages regarding your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails/sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.

Access and correction
You have a right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to contact@csmcustom.no. If the registered information is not correct or is incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
